Este artículo representa una aproximación taxonómica a un nuevo concepto en torno a la gentrificación; el que se produce cuando los gentrificadores de la primera ola han sido, a su vez, gentrificados por clases medias de su misma nacionalidad.
Los autores analizan esta paradójica espiral con la esperanza de reunir más pruebas empíricas.
